Meet Dr. Mike
Hi, thanks for visiting my website! I’m Dr. Mike Vilello, founder of CARE Chiropractic & Wellness here in Frisco, TX. As a dedicated Frisco chiropractor, my goal is to provide personalized care to help you achieve your optimal health.
My journey into chiropractic care started long before I ever became a chiropractor myself. After knee surgery at a young age, the way I walked changed dramatically, eventually leading to significant lower back pain throughout my teenage years.
After traditional approaches failed to provide lasting relief, my parents decided to take me to a local chiropractor. That experience completely changed my life.
Not only did chiropractic care help relieve my pain, but it also improved how I felt overall. I noticed I recovered more quickly after sports, felt less sore, experienced fewer allergy symptoms, and even got sick less often. Most importantly, it introduced me to a natural, proactive approach to health that made a lasting impact on my life.
The chiropractor who helped me would eventually become both my mentor and one of the biggest reasons I chose this profession.
Why I Became a Chiropractor
From that point on, I knew I wanted a career helping people feel better, move better, and live healthier lives.
I attended The Pennsylvania State University for my undergraduate studies before earning my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College in 2010.
Since then, I’ve spent more than 15 years helping patients of all ages with everything from back pain and neck pain to disc injuries, headaches, sciatica, stiffness, sports injuries, and overall wellness care.
Life Outside the Office
Today, I live in Frisco with my wife Ashleigh, our daughter Bianca, our son Remick, and our dog Shipper.
When I’m not in the office, you’ll usually find me spending time with family, watching and playing sports (especially volleyball and soccer), gaming, or enjoying everything the Frisco community has to offer with my family and friends.
